Payments

What are my payment options?

We accept all types of payments, including UPI, digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL). Other options include Cash on Delivery (COD). If you are placing a bulk order for an institution, you can WhatsApp us at +91XXXXXXXXX and we can provide an option for an NEFT/RTGS payment as well.

My Payment failed while making a purchase. What Should I do?

What are the delivery times, methods and terms?

Products ship within 24 hours of receipt of an order. In usual times, your order can be expected to be delivered between 5 working days for most parts of India. Inclement weather and local situations can affect times as well. We use Shiprocket as a primary partner for delivery of our products. However these may be altered for certain times and regions.

Can I edit my order?

If you have placed your order and wish to modify for either the size or colour, you may whatsapp our helpline +91XXXXXXXXXXXXX. An order can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. For cancelations, you may whatsapp our helpline +91XXXXXXXX. How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a text and an email with details of your order. Within 24 hours, you can use the link and enter the tracking number to know the exact delivery schedule.

How do I return an Item?

Returning an item to us is super simple. All you’ll need is your order number and the email address you used to create the order. Returns must be made within 11 days of receipt of the product.

You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and seal it. Hand the packet over to our courier person, and as soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we shall refund in amount in your source account if it’s a pre-paid order and in Bank if COD order.    

In case of  exchanges, the exchanged product will be dispatched once the product is picked from your premises.

There is no additional charge for any exchange orders or return orders

Please note that:

  • Your refund will take place via the same payment method used to pay for your order.
  • Exchanges are not available except for size and colour in the same style. If you want to swap one design for another or for a more expensive item, you’ll have to return the original for a refund and make a new order.
  • Any Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • It’s not possible to combine 2 return orders in 1 package. Please ship all return orders individually.
  • If you are returning an order that was delivered to you by express service, we will only refund you the equivalent of the standard delivery fee.           

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Initiate your return from your order page. Select items and schedule your pickup. We provide only one pick up attempt.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

Return can be placed at https://returns.verosmart.in  if you receive any wrong order. We shall pick up the items and replace it with right product without any cost to you.

Can sale or clearance items be returned?

No. Items bought on sale labelled as “Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’ may have minor imperfections and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any discounted product in the normal course of business can be returned or exchanged.

What happens to my discount if I return/exchange?

If you return or exchange, discounts or free shipping received initially will be deducted from your refund amount. The Exchange process takes 7 working days after the original item is picked up. Only one exchange is allowed per order

What if my item goes out of stock?

If your ordered item is unavailable, we'll inform you and refund the payment to the original payment method.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be available to you over email as soon as your order is completed and payment processed. For Cash on Delivery, your invoice is processed only after receipt of payment.

When will my refund get processed?

Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within 3 working days after the product is picked up for return. For COD orders, a Razorpay Link is sent to your email for the refund.
