Returns should be made within 11 days of receipt. Pack the product in its original packaging, including tags, and seal it. Give it to our courier person. Refunds will be issued to your original payment source after we receive the item. There are no additional charges for returns or exchanges.
Refunds happen via the original payment method. Exchanges are only for size or color in the same style. Personalized products cannot be returned. Separate return packages are required if returning multiple orders.
Clearance or “final sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged. Normal discounted products can be returned or exchanged.
Discounts or free shipping initially received will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any exchange takes 7 working days after the original item is picked up. Only one exchange is allowed per order.
